New Login Verification Process - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
To enhance our cybersecurity measures for The Home Depot associates and suppliers, the THD Cybersecurity team will be introducing a new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
process for all users accessing the
https://hd-booking.com/ application, starting from
August 14, 2024.
After implementing the multi-factor authentication, the below will apply:
- When Suppliers "Sign In" through Single-Sign-On, they will receive a verification code sent to their Email Address registered on the Supplier Hub.
- Once that verification code is entered into the required field, the supplier will be able to access the hd-booking.com website.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security control that requires users to provide two or more factors (i.e., pin codes, push notifications, facial recognition) to verify their identity before accessing applications and systems.
